Yay! I’m so happy to introduce the Wild Woman Meditation Kit!
It has actually been sitting on my hard disk and waving its pretty toes since February, after a wild donkey burn-out and me doing my very best to sabotage myself. Why, I honestly do not know, because I really do love this meditation, and it feels so right and meaningful to be able to share it with you now. I have been wanting to make meditations ever since we were trying to conceive a baby and struggling with infertility issues, and now our daughter is almost 5 years old, so you can safely say that this is an old dream coming true for me!
I spend yesterday doing the final editing on the meditations, and now it’s ready. Initially, it was only supposed to be one meditation, but things went so smoothly that I actually made three different versions of it; one is 15 minutes long, one is 20 and one is 30. Plus, I’ve made a pdf with transcriptions, should you ever need it.
And the theme? It’s a Wild Woman Meditation. You get to relax deeply, and then I guide you gently to where you can meet and chat with your Wild Self. This will connect you to your inner nature, enable you to listen to what she has to say, and ask her for guidance in your everyday life.
The wording in the meditations is the same, what differs is the span of time to chat with your Wild Self while soothing music is played in the background.
As a bonus, I’ve also added a pdf file with 30 ways to nourish your Wild Self.
