Small Steps to Going Green, part 1

As I mentioned the other day, I’ve kinda fallen off the green wagon this summer, and now I’ve decided to get back on, simply to feel right again – both emotionally, spiritually and physically. I’m kinda feeling that this project has been two steps forward and one step back all the way, and now I’m so motivated to take yet another couple of steps forward towards a greener lifestyle – even though I know that it won’t be perfect this time, either.

Natural Food Recipe: Oriental Shrimps

This is one of my favorite natural food recipes, and it’s so easy to make! It takes about 20 minutes to make, and it freezes quite well to (even if the shrimps does tend to get a bit tought when reheated, which is why you add them last when you make the dish).

Sleeping with Stones and Crystals

I was kinda a weird child. I guess my Goddess life started early.

For many, many years, I was unable to sleep without my teddy bear, just like so many other children, but in my hand I had to have my stone.

Barefooted Mindfulness

Barefooted Mindfulness

Yesterday, I went for a walk in my magical forest.

I decided to go for a long, nice walk. Barefooted. Or at least, with barefoot shoes on, to protect my skin and to be able to throw my still fairly clean feet on my beige couch when I came home. It still gives you a naked feeling, though. It still makes you feel the ground underneath you, allowing your foot to behave naturally when it hits the ground. I love that about them.
